摘  要:合作教育模式是加拿大高校培养高技能人才的重要途径。滑铁卢大学合作教育模式遵循明确利益相关者角色定位、学习学期开展岗位招聘、工作学期进入真实岗位以及形成校内外联结式质控的四阶段流程。合作教育模式在培养高技能人才的过程中表现出:“薄”三明治式模式突出高灵活性、合作教育模式运行机制规范完善、组织管理与支持服务具备健全性、内外协调人员实践行动有序开展的特性表征。分析与把握其在培养高技能人才方面的特色与经验,对促进我国职业教育人才培养的高质量发展具有重要意义。为借鉴相关经验,我国职业教育应厘清合作式特色形式,有针对性地开展合作育人;规范化人才培养流程,为优质教学提供制度保障;完善协同性组织管理,为合作育人提供环境支持;配备高质量协调人员,为合作育人提供服务支撑。The cooperative education model is an important way for Canadian universities to cultivate high-skilled talents.The cooperative education model of the University of Waterloo follows a four-stage process of clarifying the role positioning of stakeholders,conducting job recruitment during the study semester,entering real jobs during the work semester,and forming a quality control system that links the university and outside.In the process of cultivating highly-skilled talents,the cooperative education model shows the following characteristics:the“thin”sandwich model highlights high flexibility,the cooperative education model operation mechanism is standardized and perfect,the organization,management and support services are sound,and the internal and external coordinators carry out practical actions in an orderly manner.It is of great significance to analyze and grasp its characteristics and experience in cultivating high-skilled talents to promote the high-quality development of vocational education talents cultivation in China.In order to learn from relevant experience,China’s vocational education should clarify the characteristics of cooperative forms and carry out cooperative education in a targeted manner;standardize the talent training process to provide institutional guarantees for high-quality teaching;improve collaborative organizational management to provide environmental support for cooperative education;and equip high-quality coordination personnel to provide service support for cooperative education.
