摘 要:鉴于心理健康教育已成为国家政策安排的重要内容之一,高职院校通过设置专门心理健康教育组织,开展心理健康教育及相关活动。以多重制度逻辑理论框架为依据,从制度环境、组织、个人等维度对高职院校心理健康教育组织的兼容性和中心性进行分析发现,高职院校心理健康教育组织当前属于高兼容性、低中心性的主导型组织。为进一步提升心理健康教育组织的中心性水平,维持高兼容性水平,高职院校应着力推进心理健康教育的服务体系、专业化发展、社会网络建设等方面的改革。In view of the fact that mental health education has become an important content of the national policy arrangement,higher vocational colleges carry out mental health education and related activities by setting up specialized mental health education organizations.Based on the theoretical framework of Multiple Institutional Logic,the compatibility and centrality of higher vocational colleges’mental health education organizations are analyzed in terms of the dimensions of the institutional environment,the organization,and the individual.The analysis found that the mental health education organization of higher vocational colleges currently belongs to the dominant organization with high compatibility and low centrality.In order to further improve the centrality level of mental health education organizations and maintain the high compatibility level,higher vocational colleges should focus on promoting reforms in the service system,professional development,and social network construction of mental health education.
