社区护士肺康复知信行及培训需求现状调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解社区护士的肺康复知信行现状及相关培训需求。方法:2024年5月至6月,通过便利抽样法对广州市、东莞市社区卫生服务中心的310名护士进行线上调查,对调查对象的一般资料、肺康复知信行问卷和肺康复知识培训需求问卷结果进行分析。结果:310名调查对象肺康复知信行问卷标准分为(68.51±0.78)分,知识维度标准分为(57.99±0.94)分,态度维度标准分为(78.01±0.97)分,行为维度标准分为(75.12±1.00)分。最高学历和是否参加过肺康复相关知识培训是调查对象肺康复知信行的影响因素。大部分调查对象认可肺康复培训的必要性(96.13%),并且有肺康复培训的需求(90.65%)。结论:社区护士肺康复知信行总体水平处于中等水平,知识储备不足,需加强相关知识培训,提升肺康复质量。Objective To understand the current status of knowledge,attitude and practice of pulmonary rehabilitation among community nurses and related training needs.Methods From May to June 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to conduct an online survey of 310 nurses from community health service centers in Guangzhou and Dongguan.The general information,knowledge,attitude and practice of pulmonary rehabilitation questionnaire,and pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge training needs questionnaire results of the survey subjects were analyzed.Results The standard score for the pulmonary rehabilitation knowledge,attitude,and behavior questionnaire of 310 survey subjects was(68.51±0.78)points,the standard score for the knowledge dimension was(57.99±0.94)points,the standard score for the attitude dimension was(78.01±0.97)points,and the standard score for the practice dimension was(75.12±1.00)points.The education level and whether had knowledge training of pulmonary rehabilitation were the significant factors of the score of pulmonary rehabilitation.Most of the respondents recognized the necessity of pulmonary rehabilitation training(96.13%)and the need for it(90.65%).Conclusion The overall level of knowledge,attitude and practice of pulmonary rehabilitation among community nurses is at a moderate level,with insufficient knowledge reserves.It is necessary to strengthen relevant knowledge training and improve the quality of pulmonary rehabilitation.
