摘 要:学生幸福感是指在与教师进行教育性互动的过程中,学生通过合理方式满足和提升自身成长性需要而产生的积极体验。它具有伦理性、发展性、创造性和关系性,能够增进学生德性自觉,塑造学生积极心态,提升学生创造力以及保持和谐师生关系。有幸福感的学生通常展现出德性精神、理性精神、自由精神、创造精神和进取精神等品质。这些精神品质不仅是学生创造与享受幸福感的精神动力,也是学生幸福感培养的关键内容。为激活和提升学生幸福感精神品质,培养学生幸福感,教育者可通过建立德性互染与共进的他者性师生关系,引导学生立足成长性需要理性设定目标,建设以学生自由为内核的积极课堂纪律,实施以创造性思维为中心的对话式教学,采取关照学生“情意”的激励性课堂评价等策略加以实现。Student well-being is the positive psychological experience produced by satisfying and impro-ving their own growth needs in a reasonable way in the process of educational interaction with teachers.It has ethical,developmental,creative,and relational qualities,which can enhance students'moral consciousness,shape students'positive mentality,enhance students'creativity and maintain harmonious teacher-student rela-tionship.Student well-being usually shows moral spirit,rational spirit,free spirit,creative spirit and enter-prising spirit,which are not only the spiritual motivation for students to create and enjoy well-being,but also the key content of cultivation of student well-being.In order to activate and improve the spiritual quality of student well-being and cultivate student well-being,it can be achieved by establishing the otherness teacher-student relationship of moral interaction and mutual progress,guiding students to set goals rationally based on the needs of growth,constructing positive classroom discipline with students'freedom as the core,imple-menting dialogue teaching centered on creative thinking,and adopting stimulating classroom evaluation that takes care of students'“emotion and will”.
