摘  要:如何提高适应性与吸引力是我国职业本科高质量建设过程中函需研究的问题。文凭社会理论将文凭视为一种用于购买社会职位的通货,强调在购买职位时文凭所具有的市场价值。在文凭社会理论视域下,加拿大社区学院学士学位项目经历兴起、成熟、转变等多个发展阶段,至今仍保持较强的市场吸引力。其秘诀在于与企业等用人单位联系紧密、受行业组织监管认证,以及项目参与者预期收益可观。在加拿大高学历人口增多的背景下,加拿大社区学院转型升级为教学型大学并参与学分转移系统的构建与完善,这在一定程度上维持了它们所开设的学士学位项目的适应性与吸引力。借鉴加拿大社区学院学士学位项目的发展经验,我国职业本科院校在开设学士学位项目时需坚持职业教育办学特色,重视用人单位需求,加强项目监管与认证,推动学分转移系统的构建。How to enhance adaptability and attractiveness is a critical issue that needs deep research in the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education in China.Within the theory of credential society,credentials are regarded as a form of"currency"for acquiring social positions,with their market value being highly emphasized in the attainment of social status.From this perspective,bachelor's degree programs at Canadian community colleges have gone through several stages of development,including emergence,mat-uration,and transformation,and continue to retain significant attractiveness to this day.This success can be attributed to their close collaboration with employers,regulation and accreditation by industry and vocational organizations,and the substantial expected returns for program participants.In response to the increasing number of highly educated individuals in Canada,community colleges have evolved into teaching universities and have played a significant role in the construction and refinement of credit transfer systems.This evolution has contributed to sustaining the adaptability and attractiveness of their bachelor's degree programs.Drawing experiences from Canadian community colleges,Chinese vocational undergraduate institutions should preserve the distinctive characteristics of vocational education when developing bachelor's degree programs.Emphasis should be placed on aligning with employer needs,strengthening program regulation and accreditation,and advancing the establishment of credit transfer systems.
