PDCA循环管理模式提高检验科微生物检验效能及质量的研究

摘　　要：目的探索应用PDCA循环管理模式对检验科微生物检验效能及质量的影响。方法选取2021年5月—2022年4月桓台县疾病预防控制中心的20名工作人员为对照组,实施常规管理方法;2022年5月—2023年4月对同一批工作人员实施PDCA循环管理模式,作为研究组。每组选取40份微生物检验标本作为观察对象,比较两组检验效能及质量。结果研究组标本不及格率为2.50%(1/40),低于对照组的15.00%(6/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05)。研究组标本管理、试剂管理、差错管理得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组检验人员的工作效率、问题解决能力、安全识别能力、风险意识、工作流程规范及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理模式能优化检验科微生物检验流程,强化差错管理,提高检验质量。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management mode on the efficiency and quality of microbiological examination in laboratory.Methods Twenty staff members of Huantai County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as control group,and routine management methods were implemented.From May 2022 to April 2023,the PDCA cycle management mode will be implemented for the same group of staff as the research group.Each group selected forty microbiological test specimens as observation objects,and compared the test efficiency and quality of the two groups.Results The failure rate of the study group was 2.50%(1/40),lower than 15.00%(6/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.05).The scores of sample management,reagent management and error management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work efficiency,problem solving ability,safety identification ability,risk awareness,work flow specification and total score of inspectors in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management mode can optimize the microbial inspection process,strengthen the error management and improve the inspection quality.
