摘  要:目的探析骨科住院医师规范化培训中情景模拟教学联合以循证医学为基础(evidence based learning,EBL)教学法的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月在永州市中心医院骨外科进行住院医师规范化培训的60名住院医师为研究对象。根据教学方法不同分组,每组30名。对比组施行常规教学法,探析组施行情景模拟教学联合EBL教学法。对比两组测评成绩、工作能力评分、教学满意度。结果教学前,两组测评成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。教学后,两组成绩均较教学前升高,且探析组的测评成绩高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);探析组的工作能力评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);探析组的教学满意度为100.00%(30/30),高于对比组的83.33%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.454,P<0.05)。结论将情景模拟教学联合EBL教学法用于骨科住院医师规范化培训中,可以提升住院医师的测评成绩,还可锻炼其工作能力,提高其教学满意度。Objective Exploring the application effect of scenario simulation teaching combined with evidence-based learning(EBL)teaching method in standardized training for orthopedic resident physicians.Methods Sixty residents who received standardized resident training in the Department of Bone Surgery of Yongzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.Divided into groups according to different teaching methods,each group has thirty students.The comparison group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the analysis group adopted the scenario simulation teaching method combined with EBL teaching method.The two groups were compared in terms of assessment scores,work ability scores and teaching satisfaction.Results Before teaching,there were no significant differences between the two groups(all P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of both groups were higher than before teaching,and the test scores of the analysis group were higher than those of the comparison group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work ability score of the analysis group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the analysis group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than 83.33%(25/30)of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.454,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation teaching combined with EBL teaching method in the standardized training of orthopedic residents can improve the evaluation results of residents,exercise their working ability and improve their satisfaction with teaching.
