摘　　要：本文基于扬州大学附属医院多学科联合院长行政查房的创新实践,通过优化工作流程、丰富查房内容、搭建信息平台以及加强督查督办等举措,提升了员工的责任意识,增强了职能部门的管理能力,促进了查房模式的创新和学科融合发展,从而推动了医院的高质量发展。本文还提出了进一步强化行政查房质量与效果的建议:应进一步提高对行政查房的重视,抓住关键环节,建立健全考核与反馈机制,持续完善多学科联合院长行政查房制度,形成闭环管理,构建长效机制。Based on the innovative practice of administrative ward rounds of the multidisciplinary co-dean of the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University,this paper improves the sense of responsibility of employees,enhances the management ability of functional departments,promotes the innovation of ward rounds mode and the integrated development of disciplines,and promotes the high-quality development of the hospital by optimizing the work process,enriching the content of ward rounds,building an information platform,and strengthening supervision and supervision.This paper also puts forward suggestions for further strengthening the quality and effect of administrative rounds:we should further increase the importance of administrative rounds,grasp the key links,establish and improve the assessment and feedback mechanism,continue to improve the administrative rounds system of multidisciplinary co-deans,form closed-loop management,and build a long-term mechanism.
