摘　　要：医院科研团队的协作对推动医学研究进步至关重要,跨学科合作促进创新思维的碰撞与融合,提高研究深度和质量。文章探讨了优化科研团队协作与沟通机制的多方策略,如明确目标与责任、构建科研资源共享平台、加强信息交流和科研沟通能力的培养。通过这些措施,可以有效利用资源,提升团队成效,确保科研活动的高效性和成果转化。The collaboration of hospital scientific research team is very important to promote the progress of medical research.Interdisciplinary cooperation promotes the collision and integration of innovative thinking and improves the depth and quality of research.This paper discusses the multi-strategies to optimize the collaboration and communica-tion mechanism of scientific research teams,such as clarifying goals and responsibilities,building a scientific research resource sharing platform,and strengthening the cultivation of information exchange and scientific research communi-cation capabilities.Through these measures,we can effectively use resources,improve team effectiveness,and ensure the efficiency of scientific research activities and the transformation of results.
