感染科护理安全管理工作中实施精细化管理的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的研究感染科护理安全管理工作实施精细化安全护理管理配合后的成效。方法选取2022年1—12月麻城市人民医院的20名感染科护理人员为研究对象,2022年1—6月为对照组,实施常规管理,2022年7—12月为观察组,实施精细化安全护理管理。比较两组管理满意度、护理能力评分。结果观察组的管理满意度为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05)。观察组护理操作水平、护理服务态度、应急能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论给予感染科护理人员精细化安全护理管理干预效果较好,可提高护理人员的满意度及护理能力。Objective To study the effect of the implementation of refined safety nursing management in the nursing safety management of the infection department.Methods From January to December 2022,20 nurses in the Depart-ment of Infection of People's Hospital of Macheng City were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2022,they were the control group,and routine management was implemented.From July to December 2022,they were the observation group,and refined safety nursing management was implemented.The management satisfaction and nursing ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results The management satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.239,P<0.05).The scores of nursing operation level,nursing service attitude and emergency ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of fine safety nursing management for nursing staff in infectious depart-ment is better,which can improve the satisfaction and nursing ability of nursing staff.
