摘　　要：病案首页作为医疗行业中的重要组成部分,其质量直接关系到医疗行业的效率和患者的安全性。因此,本文从基于大数据的病种分值付费(Big Data Diagnosis-intervention Packet,DIP)形势下的信息化技术角度出发,提出了一系列提高病案首页质量的实施对策,旨在通过优化信息化手段,加强数据标准化与质量控制,以确保病案首页信息的准确性和完整性,进而提升医疗管理效率与患者安全保障水平。As an important part of the medical industry,the quality of the first page of medical record is directly re-lated to the efficiency of the medical industry and the safety of patients.Therefore,from the perspective of information technology under the situation of big data diagnosis-intervention packet(DIP),this paper puts forward a series of implementation countermeasures to improve the quality of the first page of medical records,aiming to strengthen data standardization and quality control by optimizing information means,so as to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information on the first page of medical records,and then improve the efficiency of medical management and the level of patient safety.
