超声科带教实习中应用多元化教学法的效果评价

摘  要:目的分析超声科实习生带教中应用多元化教学法的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月永州市中心医院超声科的86名带教实习生为研究对象。2022年1—12月运用传统带教方式为对照组(n=40),2023年1—12月运用多元化教学法为观察组(n=46)。比较两组实习生考核成绩(理论成绩、实践成绩、阅片成绩)、教学满意度。结果观察组理论成绩、实践成绩、阅片成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意度为97.83%(45/46),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.256,P<0.05)。结论多元化教学法用于超声科带教实习中,能够充分促进实习生提升专业知识掌握及临床实践操作能力,教学效果良好,教学质量有显著优势性,且实习生对教学满意度较高。Objective To analyze the effect of applying diversified teaching methods in the teaching of ultrasound in-terns.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,86 teaching interns in the Ultrasound Department of the Cen-tral Hospital of Yongzhou were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,the traditional teach-ing method was used as the control group(n=40),and from January to December 2023,the diversified teaching method was used as the observation group(n=46).The assessment results(theoretical score,practical score,film read-ing score)and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical score,practi-cal score and film reading score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 97.83%(45/46),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.256,P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching method is used in the teaching practice of ultrasound depart-ment,which can fully promote the interns to improve their professional knowledge and clinical practice ability.The teaching effect is good,the teaching quality has significant advantages,and the interns are satisfied with the teaching.
