摘　　要：高校体育课程教学内容数字化资源建设是推动高校体育教学改革和创新的重要途径。该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,首先梳理了我国高校体育课程教学内容数字化资源建设的优势,其次分析了我国高校推进体育课程数字化资源建设的建设现状以及存在问题,最后提出了高校体育课程数字化资源建设路径,包括数字化处理已有资源、购买专业化网络教学资源、学校自主开发教学课件等5个方面,构建了高校体育课程教学内容数字化资源建设的主要内容。旨在通过加强数字化资源建设,满足学生多样化学习需求,提高体育教学效果和质量,以期为推动我国高校体育教育事业的高质量发展提供参考。The construction of digital resources for college physical education(PE)course teaching content is an important way to promote the reform and innovation of college PE teaching.This paper uses research methods such as Literature Review to first sort out the advantages of the construction of digital resources for college PE course teaching content in China.Then,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of digital resources for college PE course teaching content in China.Finally,it proposes the construction path of digital resources for college PE courses from five aspects:digital processing of existing resources,purchase of professional network teaching resources,and independent development of teaching courseware by schools.The main content of the construction of digital resources for PE course teaching content is constructed to meet the diverse learning needs of students and improve the effectiveness and quality of PE teaching,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of college PE in China.
