摘 要:该文探讨了健身气功这一中国传统身心锻炼方法在高校体育教学中的应用。首先,介绍了健身气功的定义、特点及其发展历史,并阐述了几种主要的健身气功功法。其次,分析了当前高校体育教学的现状及存在的问题,指出了将健身气功融入体育教学的必要性和可行性。该文详细探讨了健身气功与高校体育教学目标的契合性及其对学生身心健康的积极影响,分析了其场地设备要求的低门槛及实施的可行性,并对具体的课程设置、教学方法、评价体系构建及师资培训等进行了实践探索。最后,总结了健身气功在高校体育教学中取得的积极效果,同时提出了存在的问题和改进建议。This paper explores the application of Fitness Qigong as a traditional Chinese physical and mental exercise method in college physical education.Firstly,it introduces the definition,characteristics and development history of Fitness Qigong,and expounds several main fitness Qigong techniques.Then,the current situation and existing problems of college physical education are analyzed,and the necessity and feasibility of integrating Fitness Qigong into physical education are pointed out.It discusses in detail the compatibility of Fitness Qigong with college physical education teaching objectives and its positive impact on students'physical and mental health,analyzes the low threshold required by the venue equipment and the feasibility of its implementation,and carries out practical exploration on the specific curriculum,teaching methods,evaluation system construction and teacher training.Finally,the positive effect of Fitness Qigong in college physical education is summarized,and the existing problems and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
