摘　　要：从教育大国到教育强国,必须以改革创新为动力。该文综合采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,深入剖析了新时代下专业型体育研究生培养机制创新的深层逻辑、时代赋予的价值及其遭遇的制约因素。研究认为,作为体育领域内的高层次人才梯队,专业型体育研究生的培养机制创新不仅是响应时代需求的必然之举,更是推动体育事业蓬勃发展的关键所在。然而,专业型体育研究生培养过程中,面临着培养体系尚需进一步完善,实践培养环节尚显薄弱,学术提升成效尚不明显的机制问题。为此,该文提出构建以质量为基石的“四位一体”专业型体育研究生培养新模式,该模式融合了前瞻性的教学目标设定、跨学科的融合培养策略、科研创新的激励机制以及科学的教育评价体系。From a big country in education to an education power,reform and innovation must be the driving force.This paper adopts methods of Literature Review and Logical Analysis to deeply analyze the deep logic of the innovation of the training mechanism of professional sports graduate students in the new era,the value given by the times and the constraints encountered.The research believes that as a high-level talent echelon in the field of sports,the innovation of the training mechanism of professional sports graduate students is not only an inevitable move to respond to the needs of the times,but also the key to promoting the vigorous development of sports cause.However,in the process of training professional sports graduate students,there are mechanism problems that the training system needs to be further improved,the practical training link is still weak,and the academic improvement effect is not obvious.To this end,this paper proposes to build a new"four-in-one"professional sports graduate training model with quality as the cornerstone.This model integrates forward-looking teaching goal setting,interdisciplinary integration training strategy,scientific research innovation incentive mechanism and scientific education evaluation system.
