健康中国背景下高校青年教师体育锻炼现实困境与优化路径探究——以福州大学城为例

摘  要:从健康中国的视角出发,以福州市大学城高校青年教师为研究对象,运用问卷法、访谈法和数理统计法对福州市高校青年教师参与体育锻炼的动机、时间、地点、方式等因素进行调研和分析,可知青年教师能够进行有效锻炼的人数很少、男教师与女教师参与运动的方式各不相同、由于工作和家庭因素导致青年教师缺乏时间进行体育锻炼等,针对这些问题,从学校和教师自身出发,提出建设性意见,帮助青年教师更好地科学锻炼,并为全民健身计划提供参考。From the perspective of Healthy China,taking young college teachers in Fuzhou University Town as the research object,methods such as Questionnaire,Interview and Mathematical Statistics are used to investigate and analyze the motivation,time,place and method of young college teachersin Fuzhou to participate in physical exercise.It can be seen that the number of young teachers who can engage in effective exercise is very small;Male teachers and female teachers have different ways to participate in sports;Due to work and family factors,young teachers lack of time for physical exercise.In view of these problems,constructive suggestions are put forward from the school and teachers themselves to help young teachers better exercise scientifically,and improve the reference for the national fitness plan.
