摘　　要：目的 研究探讨意象对话疗法在代谢相关脂肪性肝病治疗中的效果。方法 选取2021年3月至2024年3月广东省佛山市第一人民医院60例代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上加意向对话疗法干预。3个月后评估2组患者的肝功能指标、血脂指标、负性情绪评分、遵医行为率。结果 治疗后,观察组肝功能各项指标水平均低于对照组(P <0.05),各项血脂指标水平优于对照组(P <0.05),观察组负性情绪评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组遵医行为率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 意象对话疗法在代谢相关脂肪性肝病中应用良好,能改善患者的肝功能、血脂指标,缓解患者的负性情绪,提高患者的遵医行为率。Objective To investigate the application and therapeutic effect of imagery dialogue therapy in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods Sixty patients with NAFLD were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group underwent imagery dialogue therapy interventions in addition to routine treatment.After 3 months,the study evaluated liver function indicators,lipid metabolism indicators,negative emotion scores(using HAMA and HAMD scales),and compliance rates for regular diet,daily routine,medication adherence,rehabilitation training,and follow-up examinations in both groups.Results The liver function indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood lipid levels in the observation group were also significantly better(or"more favorable")than those in the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotion scores(HAMA and HAMD)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the compliance rates for regular diet,daily routine,medication adherence,rehabilitation training,and follow-up examinations were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control gr oup(P<0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that imagery dialogue therapy effectively treats NAFLD by improving liver function and lipid metabolism,alleviating negative emotions,and enhancing patient compliance rates.
