血清溶解素E_(1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1表达水平与桥本甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清溶解素E_(1)(RVE_(1))、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)表达水平与桥本甲状腺炎(HT)患者甲状腺功能的相关性。方法回顾性分析2021年5月至2024年2月江苏省南京市溧水区中医院收治的89例HT患者的病例资料作为观察组。另回顾性分析本院同时间段体检健康的甲状腺功能正常者45例的病例资料作为对照组。比较观察组和对照组血清RVE_(1)、VCAM-1表达水平及甲状腺功能指标,并分析相关性。结果治疗后观察组血清RVE_(1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清VCAM-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组甲状腺过氧化物抗体(TPOAb)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)高于对照组(P<0.05),游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清RVE_(1)表达水平与血清TgAb、TSH、TPOAb水平呈负相关(P<0.05),与FT3、FT4呈正相关(P<0.05);血清VCAM-1表达水平与FT3、FT4呈负相关(P<0.05),与TgAb、TSH和TPOAb均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论HT患者血清RVE_(1)、VCAM-1表达水平与HT患者甲状腺功能密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum resolvin E1(RVE1)and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)expression and thyroid function in Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)patients.Methods A total of 89 HT patients admitted to Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing from May 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and recorded as the observation group.The medical records of 45 healthy individuals with normal thyroid function during the same period were retrospectively analyzed and recorded as the control group.The expression levels of serum RVE1,VCAM-1,and thyroid function indexes were compared between the observation group and the control group,and the correlation was analyzed.Results The serum RVE1 level in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05),while the serum VCAM-1 level in the observation group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb),thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),and anti-thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),whereas free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)levels were lower(P<0.05).Serum RVE1 expression level was negatively correlated with serum TgAb,TSH,and TPOAb levels(P<0.05)and positively correlated with FT3 and FT4 levels(P<0.05).The expression level of VCAM-1 was negatively correlated with FT3 and FT4 levels(P<0.05)and positively correlated with TgAb,TSH,and TPOAb levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum RVE1 and VCAM-1 in HT patients were closely related to thyroid function.
