摘 要:目的探讨游戏疗法结合听觉统合训练在语言发育迟缓患儿中的应用效果。方法将2022年1月至2023年3月江苏省常州市妇幼保健院收治的164例语言发育迟缓患儿以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各82例,对照组予常规语言康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上予游戏疗法结合听觉统合训练,干预3个月,并进行为期1年随访。记录2组患儿语言康复效果及干预前后发育商、语言行为能力、社会适应能力变化。结果观察组患儿干预3个月后语言理解能力异常率、语言表达能力异常率及交流态度异常率均低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。观察组患儿干预3个月后及末次随访时语言行为评估量表(VerBAS)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),Gesell小儿神经心理发育量表中适应性、言语能力、个人社交行为、精细动作维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),社会适应能力问卷中觉察力、反思力及应对力维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论游戏疗法结合听觉统合训练能够改善语言发育迟缓患儿心智及语言发育水平,增强患儿语言行为能力及社会适应能力,提高总体康复效果。Objective To explore the application effect of game therapy combined with auditory integration training on children with speech delay.Methods A total of 164 children with language developmental delay(LDD)admitted to Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were divided into the control group(n=82,routine language rehabilitation training)and the observation group(n=82,game therapy combined with auditory integration training)using the random number table method.The intervention lasted for 3 months,and the patients were followed uPfor 1 year.The effects of language rehabilitation and the changes in developmental quotient,language behavior ability,and social adaptability before and after intervention were recorded.Results After 3 months of intervention,the observation group had a lower abnormal rate of language comprehension ability,language expression ability,and communication attitude,and higher VerBAS scores(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention and at the last follow-up,the scores of adaptability,verbal ability,personal social behavior,and fine motor dimension in the Gesell pediatric neuropsychological development scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the scores of awareness,reflection,and coping in the social adaptability questionnaire were also higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Game therapy combined with auditory integration training can improve the mental and language development level of children with speech delay,enhance their language behavior ability and social adaptation ability,and improve the overall rehabilitation effect.
