摘  要:本文聚焦于气相色谱技术在粮油食品质量检测中的应用,系统介绍了气相色谱仪的基本原理和主要组成部分,重点阐述了基于气相色谱技术的粮油食品质量检测流程,包括样品采集与处理、仪器参数设置、色谱分析测定和结果评估报告等关键环节。通过对这些环节的详细分析,论证了气相色谱技术在保障粮油食品质量安全方面的重要作用。This article focuses on the application of gas chromatography technology in the quality inspection of grains,oils and foods,systematically introduces the basic principles and main components of gas chromatograph,and focuses on the quality inspection process of grains,oils and foods based on gas chromatography technology,including key links such as sample collection and processing,instrument parameter setting,chromatographic analysis and determination,and result evaluation and reporting.Through detailed analysis of these links,the important role of gas chromatography technology in ensuring the quality and safety of grains,oils and foods is demonstrated.
