摘  要:工程教育认证以学生中心、成果/产出/结果导向、持续改进作为三大核心理念,其中,学生中心是宗旨,成果导向是要求,持续改进是机制。三大核心理念满足当代工程教育人才培养的新需求,加强工程技术与人文、社会、法律、环境的融合有利于实现整体培养,符合新时代对当代大学生提出的全新要求。以此为背景,“土力学”作为土木工程专业力学原理与方法领域的五门核心课程之一,肩负着培养专业人才的重任。然而其少学时的课程安排不利于实现土木工程专业高质量的人才培养,同时给专业认证要求的课程目标的达成带来了不少挑战。针对“土力学”课程学时的压缩,笔者提出以线上线下混合式教学为突破口,突出学生的中心地位;对课程教学内容进行重构,建设课程思政案例库;注重过程考核,将课程单元测试成绩计入过程考核。相应的教学改革措施已得到实践并取得了良好效果。Engineering education certification focuses on three core concepts:student-centeredness,outcome ori-ented,and continuous improvement.Among them,student-centeredness is the purpose,outcome orientation is the requirement,and continuous improvement is the mechanism.The three core concepts meet the new requirements of talent cultivation in contemporary engineering education,strengthen the integration of engineering technology with humanities,society,law,and environment,which is conducive to achieving overall cultivation and meet the new requirements of the new era for contemporary college students.Against this backdrop,"Soil Mechanics"as one of the five core courses in the field of mechanical principles and methods in Civil Engineering,is not conducive to achieving high-quality talent cultivation in Civil Engineering due to its shortage of class hours.At the same time,it poses significant challenges to achieving the course objectives required for professional certification.In response to the compression of class hours in"Soil Mechanics"courses,this article proposes to use a hybrid online and offline teaching approach as a breakthrough point,highlighting the student-centered position,reconstructing the teaching content of the course,and constructing a case library of ideological and political education in the course.It empha-sizes process assessment,and the results of course unit tests are included in the process assessment.The correspond-ing teaching reform measures have been put into practice and have achieved good results.
