数字乡村发展推动农业高质量发展研究

摘　　要：推进农业高质量发展是实现农业现代化和共同富裕的重要基础。文章通过理论分析,阐释了数字乡村建设可以有效推动农业“高质量发展”。进一步选取中国省级面板数据实证分析发现:第一,数字乡村发展水平提升能够显著促进农业高质量发展,这一结论在替换变量再检验后,依然保持稳健。第二,数字乡村发展水平对农业高质量发展的影响具有长期性,随着时间的推移逐渐减弱。第三,数字乡村发展水平对农业高质量发展的影响具有区域异质性,影响效应强度从大到小依次为东部、中部和西部。第四,随着数字乡村发展水平不断提高,超过一定门槛值后,其对农业高质量发展的促进作用逐渐减弱。第五,数字乡村发展对农业高质量发展的影响存在空间溢出效应。据此,建议集中力量选取试点地区,短时间将数字乡村水平提升到一定高度,使其能长期有效促进农业高质量发展,并通过空间溢出效应以点带面共同发展。Advancing high-quality agricultural development is an essential foundation for achieving agricultural modernization and common prosperity for all.This paper,through theoretical analysis,explains that the development of digital village can effectively promote high-quality agricultural development.Further empirical analysis using provincial panel data in China get the main research conclusions as below.Firstly,the increasing of the development of digital village significantly promotes high-quality agricultural development.The conclusion remains robust after retesting with alternative variables.Secondly,the impact of the development of digital village on high-quality agricultural development is long-term but gradually diminishes over time.Thirdly,the influence of the development of digital village on agricultural high-quality development exhibits regional heterogeneity.The order from high to low is eastern,central,and western regions.Fourthly,the development of digital village must reach a certain level to affect high-quality agricultural development,and as the level of the development of digital village continues to increase,its promoting effect on high-quality agricultural development weakens once it surpasses a certain threshold.Lastly,there is a spatial spillover effect of the development of digital village on high-quality agricultural development.The level of agricultural high-quality development in one area is influenced by the development of digital village of adjacent areas.Based on this,it is recommended to concentrate efforts on selecting pilot areas to elevate the level of digital rural areas to a certain height in the short term,so that they can effectively promote high-quality agricultural development in the long term,and achieve common development through spatial spillover effects.
