摘  要:以Lagrange多项式为微分求积法(DQ)的基函数,应用局部DQ-Lagrange方法求解环瓣式浮环密封Reynolds方程,建立基于局部微分求积法的环瓣式浮环密封流体动压润滑特性的求解模型,并通过与CFD结果的对比验证微分求积法的准确性。结果发现,局部微分求积法可用较少的节点得到较高的求解精度,建立的基于局部微分求积法的求解模型可准确计算环瓣式浮环密封的动压润滑特性。采用微分求积法计算并分析浅槽结构参数与工况参数对密封气膜压力分布的影响规律,结果表明:浅槽结构可以产生明显的流体动压效应,密封压力峰值随着浅槽深度的增大先增大后减小,随着浅槽宽度的增大而减小,但下降幅度不大;随着密封间隙减小,压力峰值逐渐增大,随着进出口压比的增大,密封压力峰值增大。Using Lagrange polynomials as the basis function of the differential quadrature(DQ)method,the local DQ-Lagrange method was applied to solve the Reynolds equation of the segmented floating seal.A solution model for the fluid hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of the segmented floating seal based on the local DQ method was established,and the accuracy of the DQ method was verified by comparing with the CFD results.It is found that the local DQ method can achieve high solution accuracy with fewer nodes,and the established solution model based on the local DQ method can accurately calculate the hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics of the segmented floating seal.The DQ method was used to calculate and analyze the influence of shallow groove structure parameters and operating parameters on the pressure distribution of the sealing gas film.The results show that the shallow groove structure can produce significant fluid hydrodynamic effects,and the peak sealing pressure first increases and then decreases with the increase of shallow groove depth,and decreases with the increase of shallow groove width,but the decrease is not significant.As the sealing gap decreases,the peak pressure gradually increases,and as the inlet and outlet pressure ratio increases,the peak sealing pressure increases.
