计入热效应的浮环轴承稳定性研究

摘  要:以径向浮环轴承为研究对象,建立轴承压力场和温度场耦合的热流体模型。采用有限差分法联立求解Reynolds方程、能量方程、黏度和密度方程,推导出油膜扰动方程,并求解轴承的动态特性系数;分析等温、绝热和热传导3种模型对浮环轴承环速比、临界质量和失稳转速等稳定性参数的影响。结果表明:等温模型中,环速比随主轴转速的增大先上升后逐渐平缓,在绝热和热传导模型中环速比先增大后减小,呈非线性关系,绝热模型相较于热传导模型,环速比有所降低;绝热模型对轴承动态特性系数的影响要高于热传导模型;临界质量稳定区域出现在高偏心工况下,失稳转速稳定区域则出现在低偏心工况下;计入热效应后,轴承临界质量和失稳转速均减小,且绝热模型对轴承临界质量和失稳转速的影响高于热传导模型。The radial floating ring bearing was taken as the research object,and a thermal fluid model coupled with pressure field and temperature field of the bearing was established.Reynolds equation,energy equation,viscosity and density equation were solved simultaneously by finite difference method,the oil film disturbance equation was derived,and the dynamic characteristic coefficient of bearing was solved.The effects of isothermal,adiabatic and heat conduction models on stability parameters such as ring speed ratio,critical mass and unstable speed were analyzed.The results show that in isothermal model,the ring speed ratio first increases and then gradually flattens with the increase of spindle speed,while in adiabatic and heat conduction models,the ring speed ratio first increases and then decreases,showing a nonlinear relationship,and the ring speed ratio in adiabatic model is lower than that in conduction model.The influence of adiabatic model on the dynamic characteristic coefficient of bearing is higher than that of heat conduction model.The critical mass stability region appears in the high eccentricity condition,and the unstable speed stability region is located in the low eccentricity condition.After the thermal effect is considered,the critical mass and unstable speed of the bearing decrease,and the influence of adiabatic model on the critical mass and unstable speed is higher than that of heat conduction model.
