摘  要:基于线接触热弹流润滑(TEHD)理论,考虑黏温效应、黏压效应,以特大兆瓦风电主齿轮箱行星轮径向滑动轴承为例,对其进行热弹流润滑数值计算,获得压力场、油膜厚度场和温度场,以及最小油膜厚度、闪温温度等,并同Dowson公式计算值进行对比。结果表明:Dowson公式和TEHD计算的结果一致性较好,表明Dowson公式可用于初步评估风电滑动轴承的性能;风电主齿轮箱滑动轴承优先选择弹性模量大的材料;风电滑动轴承要尽量避免在高载荷、低转速下长时间持续运行,并避免过高的供油温度;相对间隙比变化对滑动轴承性能影响较小。风电主齿轮箱采用的滑动轴承具有较高的可靠性,已成功运行于大型风电主齿轮箱。Based on the theory of line contact thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication(TEHD),taking the planetary gear journal bearing in the main gearbox of super MW wind power as an example,the thermoelastohydrodynamic lubrication numerical calculation was carried out,and the pressure field,oil film thickness field and temperature field,as well as the minimum oil film thickness and flash temperature were obtained,with the consideration of the effect of pressure and temperature on viscosity.The calculation results were compared with those of Dowson formula.The results show that the results calculated by Dowson formula and TEHD are in good agreement,indicating that Dowson formula can be used for preliminary evaluation of the performance of wind turbine sliding bearings.High elastic modulus materials is preferred for the wind turbine journal bearings.Wind turbine journal bearings should avoid long-time operation under high load and low speed,and high lubricant supply temperature.The performance of journal bearings is not sensitive to clearance ratio.Therefore,the wind turbine main gearbox with journal bearing has high reliability and has been successfully operated in large megawatts wind turbine.
