教育评价改革视角下高校教师回归教学之本的多维影响和对策——基于对39篇文献的系统综述

摘　　要：回归教书育人的本职本位,对于促进教育教学深度变革、实现人才培养高质量发展有着重要意义。研究运用系统性文献综述法,以回归教学为主题对筛选后的39篇文献进行系统综述,提炼出影响高校教师回归教学之本的内外因素,在此基础上进一步凝练教育评价改革在促进高校教师回归教学之本、牵引教育高质量发展过程中发挥的显著作用和现有不足,并从校际差异和人际差异两个维度加以考量,提出推动高校教师回归教学本质的三点策略。Returning to the essential duty of teaching and educating is of significant importance for promoting profound educational reform and cultivating high-quality talents.This study utilizes a Systematic Review Methodology,focusing on the theme of returning to the duty of teaching.It systematically reviews 39 selected articles,extracting intrinsic and extrinsic factors influencing teachers'returning to the duty of teaching.On this basis,this study further highlights the significant role and weaknesses of educational evaluation reform in the process of promoting teachers'returning to the duty of teaching and leading the high-quality educational development.Additionally,by taking inter-school and interpersonal differences into consideration,the study proposes three strategies to promote teachers'returning to essential duty of teaching'.
