艺术高校思想政治教育视域下学生主体培育探析

摘　　要：高校思想政治教育是面向未来培养人的工作,人类历史发展的未来需要大学生成为主体以对抗物的统治,中国式现代化的未来需要大学生成为主体以承担起国家建设的重任,大学生的未来需要自身成为主体以面对复杂多变的现代社会。艺术高校思想政治教育要把大学生培育为思想政治教育主体,这是培育大学生其他方面主体性的基础条件;培育为社会主体,使大学生以主人翁的姿态面对社会存在;培育为共同体主体,使大学生将个人价值的实现融入国家、民族、人类的发展。艺术高校思想政治教育首先要从教育内容层面着手,确立大学生的主体观念;其次提供实践机会,锤炼大学生的主体动能;最后结合艺术院校的艺术资源,各个部门、各项活动应当协同发力,为培育大学生主体创设良好的环境。Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the work of cultivating people for the future,the future of human historical development needs college students to become the main body to oppose the domination of things,the future of Chinese modernization needs college students to become the main body to undertake the important task of national construction,and the future of college students needs themselves to become the main body to face the complex and changeable modern society.Ideological and political education in art colleges and universities should cultivate college students as the main body of ideological and political education,which is the basic condition for cultivating college students'subjectivity in other aspects.We can cultivate college students as a social subject so that they can face social existence with the attitude of a master;we can cultivate college students as a subject of community,and make them integrate the realization of their individual values into the development of the country,the nation and mankind.Ideological and political education in art colleges and universities should first start from the level of educational content and establish the concept of subjectivity among college students.Secondly,we can provide practical opportunities to enrich the subjective energy of college students.Finally,relying on the artistic resources of art colleges and universities,all departments and activity organizers should work together to create a good environment for cultivating the subjectivity of college students.
