摘　　要：针对“商务网站经营与管理”课程建设中的瓶颈问题,提出了基于“企业真实项目”和“开放市场环境”的RO-CPIO体验式教学模式。该模式从重构教学内容、实施混合式教学、设计互动体验项目、构建课程思政体系、完善课程评价等方面进行系统性改革。实践证明,该模式有效培养了具备系统运营思维、较强实践能力与创新意识的新商科高素质人才,显著提升了学生的数字化素养。In allusion to the bottleneck problems emerged in the construction of Business Website Operation and Management course,the RO-CPIO experiential teaching mode based on“real enterprise projects”and“open market environment”is pro⁃posed.This mode has realized a systematic reform through reconstructing teaching content,implementing blended teaching,de⁃signing interactive experiential projects,constructing course ideological and political system,improving course evaluation,etc.The mode has been proven to be effective in cultivating high-quality new business talents with systematic operation thinking,strong practical ability and innovative awareness,which is significantly contributory to students’digital literacy.
