基于移动医疗的双相障碍健康自我管理模式的功能结局

摘　　要：目的分析基于双相障碍患者应用基于移动医疗的健康自我管理模式对其功能结局产生的影响。方法将94例在宁德市康复医院和厦门市仙岳医院2023年3月至2024年2月进行治疗的双相障碍患者按随机抽样法分为对照组(n=47,常规管理模式)和观察组(n=47,基于移动医疗的双相障碍健康自我管理模式),应用双相情感障碍自我管理水平问卷评估两组患者的自我管理水平,比较干预前后社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)评分、杨氏躁狂量表(YMRS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果观察组自我管理水平总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组SDSS评分、YMRS评分及HAMD评分均低于干预前且观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论基于移动医疗的双相障碍的患者的健康自我管理模式可促进其功能结局改善,对于促进患者病情缓解及临床症状改善有重要价值。Objective To analyze the impact of using a mobile healthcare based health self-management model on the functional outcomes of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 94 patients with bipolar disorder who received treatment at Ningde Rehabilitation Hospital and Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group(n=47)patients were treated with a conventional management mode,while the observation group(n=47)patients were treated with a bipolar disorder health self-management mode based on mobile healthcare.The self-management level of patients was evaluated and compared using the Bipolar Disorder Self Management Scale(SDSS)score,Young’s Mania Scale(YMRS)score,and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score before and after intervention.Results The total score of self-management level in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,SDSS scores,YMRS scores and HAMD scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and lower in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of a mobile healthcare based health self-management model for patients with bipolar disorder can promote the improvement of their functional outcomes,which is of great value in promoting the alleviation of patients’conditions and the improvement of clinical symptoms.
