肝胆外科护士健康促进生活方式与睡眠质量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探究肝胆外科护士健康促进生活方式与睡眠质量的相关性分析。方法将我院肝胆科2021年8月至2022年8月在职护士29名纳入本研究,对纳入的护士应用一般资料调查表、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)对护士的一般资料(年龄、工作年限等)、健康促进生活方式、睡眠质量现状进行调查,比较不同资料护士的HPLP-Ⅱ评分,并比较健康促进生活方式与睡眠质量的相关性,分析影响健康促进生活方式的主要因素。结果护士平常缺乏运动锻炼。工作11~30年护士的HPLP-Ⅱ评分高于工作年限1~10年的护士,各组间差异性较大(P<0.05)。在29名护士中,有16名护士睡眠质量较差,所占比为55.17%。肝胆外科护士的HPLP-Ⅱ总分与PSQI总分呈现负相关性,差异性较大(P<0.05)。经多重线性回归分析显示,PSQI总分、工作年限是健康促进生活方式的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论肝胆外科护士的健康促进生活方式的总体水平较低,且护士均伴随着一定的睡眠障碍问题,且二者呈现负相关性。Objective To explore the correlation analysis of health-promoting lifestyle and sleep quality in hepatobiliary surgery nurses.Methods The study included 29 working nurses from August 2021 to August 2022,applied the general data questionnaire,health promotion lifestyle scale(HPLP-Ⅱ),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality scale(age,working years),health promotion lifestyle,sleep quality status,compared their HPLP-Ⅱscores,compared the correlation between health promotion lifestyle and sleep quality,and analyzed the main factors affecting health promotion lifestyle.Results Nurses usually lack physical exercise.The HPLP-Ⅱscore of nurses with 11 to 30 years was significantly higher than that of nurses with 1 to 10 years,and the difference between groups was large(P<0.05).Among the 29 nurses,16 nurses had poor sleep quality,accounting for 55.17%.The HPLP-Ⅱtotal score and PSQI total score were negatively different(P<0.05).In multiple linear regression analysis,the PSQI total score and working life were the main influencing factors of health-promoting lifestyle(P<0.05).Conclusions The overall level of health promotion lifestyle of hepatobiliary surgery nurses is low,and the nurses are accompanied by some sleep disorders,and the two show a negative correlation.
