摘　　要：目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)法在骨科机器人辅助手术护理配合中的应用价值。方法本研究采用历史对照研究,2022年1~12月于医院采用常规方法进行骨科机器人辅助手术治疗的40例患者资料,作为对照组;采集2023年1~12月于医院采用FMEA法进行骨科机器人辅助手术治疗的40例患者资料,作为观察组。记录并对比两组各失效模式的风险优先数(RPN)、医师对当台护士护理配合满意度以及护理质量。结果相较于对照组,观察组的各失效模式RPN值均更低(均P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组的护理质量评分、合格率,以及医师对当台护士护理配合满意度均更高(均P<0.05)。结论FMEA法应用于骨科机器人辅助手术护理配合中,有助于减少护理潜在风险,提高护理质量、医师对手术护理配合满意度。Objective To explore the application value of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)method in nursing coordination of orthopedic robot assisted surgery.Methods Present study using a historical control study,40 cases of patients’data who were treated with orthopaedic roboticassisted surgical treatment using conventional methods in the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,as a control group.Collecting the orthopaedic robotic-assisted surgical treatment using the FMEA method in the hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.The data of 40 patients were collected as the observation group.The risk-priority number(RPN)of each failure mode,the physician’s satisfaction with the nursing cooperation of the nurse at the desk,and the quality of nursing care were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower RPN values for each failure mode(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher quality of care scores,pass rates,and physician satisfaction with the nursing care co-ordination of the nurses at the desk(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of FMEA method in orthopedic robot assisted surgical nursing cooperation can help reduce potential nursing risks,improve nursing quality,and increase doctors’satisfaction with surgical nursing cooperation.
