摘 要:在高空作业车的实际应用中,臂架系统经常受到多种振动和冲击的影响,严重影响施工过程中的稳定性,甚至危害到施工人员的人身安全,文章聚焦于高空作业车臂架系统,旨在为其设计、优化及控制提供理论依据。文章以DGS25Y型伸缩臂式高空作业车为研究对象,其臂架系统处于微振动状态、阻尼小的状态时,运用理论分析简化的二分之一模型,与MATLAB仿真研究结合的方法,探究臂架刚度对高空作业车臂架振动幅值的影响,揭示影响臂架头部振动的规律,为高空作业车的设计和优化提供了理论依据。In the practical application of aerial work platform,the boom system is frequently subjected to various vibrations and impacts,which seriously affects the stability of the construction process and even endangering the personal safety of the construction personnel.The paper focuses on the boom system of aerial work platform,aiming to provide theoretical basis for its design,optimization,and control.Taking the DGS25Y telescopic boom aerial work platform as the research object,when its boom system is in the state of micro vibration and low damping,the paper uses the simplified half model of theoretical analysis and the method of combining with MATLAB simulation research to explore the influence of boom stiffness on the boom vibration amplitude of aerial work platform,reveals the law affecting the boom head vibration,and provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of aerial work platform.
