摘 要:目的:评价超声引导下水隔离技术在胰腺肿物穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法:回顾性选取2019年1月至2023年8月郑州大学第一附属医院收治,被胃肠组织遮挡、需要明确性质的32例胰腺肿物患者,均运用超声引导下水隔离技术辅助穿刺活检。记录患者临床数据及穿刺后并发症发生情况。结果:32例均充分暴露了安全穿刺路径,顺利完成穿刺操作,取材成功率为100%;术后均获得了明确病理学诊断,分别为腺癌24例、神经内分泌瘤4例、炎性组织2例、鳞状细胞癌1例、实性假乳头状瘤1例。穿刺术后1例患者出现腹痛,给予对症处理后未再出现;穿刺术中及术后均未出现出血、感染、胰瘘、胃肠组织损伤等严重并发症。结论:超声引导下水隔离技术辅助胰腺肿物穿刺活检安全、可行。Aim:To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided water isolation technique in puncture biopsy of pancreatic masses.Methods:From January 2019 to August 2023,32 patients with pancreatic masses that needed to be defined but were blocked by gastrointestinal tissue were retrospectively selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.All the patients received ultrasound-guided water isolation technique and then underwent puncture biopsy.Clinical data and postoperative complications were recorded.Results:The safe puncture path was fully exposed,and the puncture biopsy was completed successfully.The success rate of puncture biopsy was 100%,and definite pathological results were obtained in all cases.The diagnosis results were as follows,24 cases of adenocarcinoma,4 cases of neuroendocrine tumor,2 cases of inflammatory tissue,1 case of squamous cell carcinoma,and 1 case of solid pseudopapilloma.No serious complications such as bleeding,infection,pancreatic fistula or gastrointestinal tissue injury occurred during and after puncture.Conclusion:The use of ultrasound-guided water isolation technique to assist puncture biopsy of pancreatic masses is feasible and safe.
