舒肝宁注射液治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效及对肝功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究舒肝宁注射液治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效及对患者肝功能的影响。方法选取2020年12月-2022年12月安义县中医院收治的60例CHB患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组在其基础上加用舒肝宁注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、总蛋白(ALP)]、中医症状积分(腹胀疼痛、身体乏力、皮肤黄染)及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ALT、AST、TBIL、GGT水平低于治疗前,ALP高于治疗前,且观察组ALT、AST、TBIL、GGT水平低于对照组,ALP高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分(腹胀疼痛、身体乏力、皮肤黄染)低于治疗前,且观察组中医症状积分(腹胀疼痛、身体乏力、皮肤黄染)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒肝宁注射液治疗CHB效果肯定,可提高临床疗效,改善患者肝功能,减轻中医症状,且具有较高安全性,值得应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shuganning injection in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and its effect on liver function.Methods A total of 60 patients with CHB admitted to Anyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shuganning injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT),total protein(ALP)],TCM symptom scores(abdominal distension pain,physical fatigue,skin yellow staining)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL and GGT in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,ALP was higher than that before treatment,andthe levels of ALT,AST,TBIL and GGT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and ALP was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(abdominal distension pain,physical fatigue,yellow skin)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms(abdominal distension pain,physical fatigue,yellow skin)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuganning injection is effective in the treatment of CHB,which can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the liver function of patients,reduce the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and has high safety.It is worthy of application.
