摘　　要：龙舟精神所蕴含的团队合作、拼搏精神、领导力、纪律性与执行力,在人才培养中发挥着重要作用。高职学生可以通过参与跨学科项目和交流活动,培养自己的协作与沟通能力。同时,通过参加高强度任务训练、进行有效的时间管理和榜样激励,能够塑造顽强的拼搏精神和培养严格的自我管理能力。此外,清晰的职业目标、持续的学习热情以及对专业的执着追求,都是提升高职学生就业能力的关键因素。结合行为科学,深入探讨了如何通过龙舟精神提升高职学生的就业能力,旨在帮助学生提升专业素养,在激烈的就业市场中脱颖而出,增强自身的竞争力。The spirit of dragon boat racing,which embodies teamwork,perseverance,leadership,discipline,and execution,plays a significant role in talent cultivation.Higher vocational students can develop their collaboration and communication skills through interdisciplinary projects and exchange activities.Additionally,participating in high-intensity tasks,effective time management,and role model motivation can foster a strong spirit of perseverance and strict self-management.Clear career goals,continuous learning enthusiasm,and a dedicated pursuit of professional expertise are key factors in enhancing the employability of higher vocational students.This paper,drawing on behavioral science,explores how the spirit of dragon boat racing can be leveraged to enhance the employability of higher vocational students,aiming to help them improve their professional competencies and stand out in the competitive job market.
