生态翻译视域下警务公示语翻译规范化研究——以出入境大厅公示语为例

摘　　要：公示语翻译是外宣翻译的重要组成部分,其规范化、标准化有助于营造良好的国际语言氛围,树立良好的国家形象,但国内学术界及《公共服务领域英文译写规范》系列国家标准对警务公示语翻译鲜有讨论。基于此,在外宣翻译的框架下,以公安出入境大厅公示语为例,利用生态翻译学中“三维转换”理论,从语言维﹑文化维、交际维3个维度的适应与转换,结合相关实例研究,探讨了警务公示语英文译写规范,以期实现警务公示语翻译的规范化和标准化。The translation of public notices is a crucial component of foreign publicity translation.Its standardization and normalization contribute to creating a favorable international language environment and enhancing the national image.However,there is limited discussion in domestic academia and in the national standards for English translation in public service areas regarding police public notice translation.This paper,within the framework of foreign publicity translation,uses the public notices in exit-entry halls as an example.Utilizing the "three-dimensional transformation" theory in ecotranslation,it examines the adaptation and transformation from linguistic,cultural,and communicative dimensions,combined with relevant case studies,to explore the standardization of police public notice translation,aiming to achieve its standardization and normalization.
