摘  要:为揭示微塑料的生态毒性效应,以铜锈环棱螺(Bellamya aeruginosa)为模式生物,选择2种不同粒径(100 nm和10μm)的微塑料进行为期12 d的暴露实验,监测铜锈环棱螺内脏团超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)与氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)比值的变化,并分析微塑料暴露对其肠道微生物的影响.结果显示,相较于10μm微塑料,100 nm微塑料可显著诱导铜锈环棱螺的SOD活性,并持续降低其GSH/GSSG比值,造成更为严重的氧化损伤.同时,100 nm微塑料显著影响了螺肠道微生物群落组成,导致其α多样性增加、益生菌减少、致病菌增多.可见,微塑料特别是纳米塑料可以破坏铜锈环棱螺的抗氧化防线,改变其肠道微生物群落结构,从而产生潜在的生态毒性作用.In order to reveal the ecotoxic effects of microplastics,Bellamya aeruginosa was selected as the model organism,and two kinds of microplastics with different particle sizes(100 nm and 10μm)were selected for a 12-day exposure experiment.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and the reduced to oxidized glutathione ratio(GSH/GSSG)in the visceral mass were monitored,and the impacts of microplastic exposure on the intestinal microbiota were analyzed.The results showed that compared with 10μm microplastics,100 nm microplastics could significantly induce SOD activity and continuously reduce the GSH/GSSG ratio,resulting in more serious oxidative damage.At the same time,100 nm microplastics significantly affected the intestinal microbial community composition,resulting in an increase inαdiversity,a decrease in probiotics,and an increase in pathogenic bacteria.It can be seen that microplastics,especially nano-plastics,can destroy the antioxidant defense line and change the structure of intestinal microbial community in B.aeruginosa,thus producing potential ecotoxic effects.
