摘  要:除氧器是保证锅炉给水中含氧量达标的重要设备,针对其温度控制系统中存在的大滞后和非线性问题,提出基于Smith预估的模糊自适应PID的控制策略。该方法通过模糊理论实现PID参数的自整定,使其更加适应系统的非线性变化,引入Smith预估控制提前补偿系统滞后,提高控制效果。利用SIMULINK建立了仿真模型,对控制系统进行验证。结果表明:与传统的PID控制和模糊自适应PID控制算法相比,该方法在超调量和调节时间上均表现出色,且具较强的稳定性和鲁棒性。The deaerator is an important equipment to ensure that the oxygen content in the boiler feed water meets the standard,and the method of fuzzy adaptive PID control based on Smith prediction is proposed for the large hysteresis and nonlinear problem in its temperature control system.The method achieves self-tuning of PID parameters through fuzzy theory to make it more adaptive to the nonlinear changes of the system,and introduces Smith prediction control to compensate the system hysteresis in advance to improve the control effect.A simulation model is established using SIMULINK to verify the control system.The results show that compared with the traditional PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithms,the method performs well in terms of overshooting amount and regulation time,and has strong stability and robustness.
