摘 要:为探讨不同地区草果挥发油成分、同地区草果的皮和籽挥发油成分等之间的差异,研究采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取怒江州福贡县3个不同地区草果的皮和籽等6组样品的挥发油,运用GC-MS检测挥发油成分及化合物进行了分析讨论,以期为怒江州福贡县草果的开发和利用提供参考。结果表明:不同地区草果的皮、籽所含挥发油成分及化合物基本一致,但含量存在一定差异;同地区草果的皮、籽所含挥发油成分及化合物含量均有一定差异。6组样品检测出83个挥发性化合物,共有组分29个;不同地区草果的皮之间共有组分65个、草果的籽之间共有组分42个。6组样品挥发油中化合物含量最高的为1,8-桉叶素,分别占样品挥发油含量的22%、25%、30%、45%、19%、57%。以期为怒江州福贡县草果的开发利用提供参考。This paper explores the differences of the volatile oil components of Amomum tsaoko Crevost et Lemarie from different regions and the volatile oil components of the peel and seeds of AmomumtsaokoCrevost etLemariein the same region,etc..The volatile oil of six groups of samples was extracted by steam distillation in this study,such as the peel and seeds of AmomumtsaokoCrevostetLemariefrom three different regions of Fu-gong County,Nujiang.The volatile oil components and compounds contained were detected and analyzed by GC-MS,in order to provide the reference for the development and utilization of AmomumtsaokoCrevostetLemarie-in Fugong County,Nujiang.The results show that the volatile oil components and its compounds contained in the peel and seeds of AmomumtsaokoCrevostetLemariefrom different regions were basically same,but there were differences in the content.The content of volatile oil components and its compounds contained in the peel and seeds of AmomumtsaokoCrevostetLemarie in the same region also had the certain differences.A total of 83 volatile compounds were detected in the six groups of samples,with 29 common components.There were 65 com-mon components among the peels of AmomumtsaokoCrevostetLemariefrom the three different regions,and 42 common components among the seeds.The volatile oil compound with the highest content in the six groups of samples was 1,8-cineole,accounting for 22%,25%,30%,45%,19%,and 57%of the volatile oil content of the samples respectively.This study could provide the basic reference for the development and utilization of Amo-mumtsaokoCrevostetLemariein Fugong County,Nujiang.
