口腔显微镜下无机三氧化物聚合物根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术治疗恒牙根尖孔敞开的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔显微镜下无机三氧化物聚合物(MTA)根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术治疗恒牙根尖孔敞开的效果。方法:选取2019年4月—2024年1月青海红十字医院收治的恒牙根尖孔敞开患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以热牙胶充填技术治疗,观察组在其基础上予以口腔显微镜下MTA根尖屏障治疗。对比两组疗效、根管充填状况、疼痛程度、牙周袋深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.042);观察组恰填率高于对照组(P=0.033);治疗后3 d、7 d,两组视觉模拟评分法评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,两组PD减小、SBI指数降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔显微镜下MTA根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术治疗恒牙根尖孔敞开的效果显著,可提高恰填率,缓解疼痛,缩小PD,降低SBI。Objective:To investigate the effect of inorganic trioxide polymer(MTA)apical barrier combined with hot dental adhesive filling technique for the treatment of open apical foramen in permanent teeth under oral microscope.Methods:Eighty patients with open apical foramen of permanent teeth admitted to Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from April 2019 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with forty cases.The control group was treated with hot dental adhesive filling technique,and the observation group was treated with oral microscopic MTA apical barrier treatment on its basis.The efficacy,root canal filling status,pain,periodontal pocket depth(PD),and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.042);the cha filling rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.033);3 d and 7 d after treatment,the scores of visual analog scoring method of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);1 month after treatment,the PD was reduced and the SBI index was reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral microscopy MTA apical barrier combined with hot dental adhesive filling technique for the treatment of open apical foramen in permanent teeth is effective,which can improve the rate of filling,alleviate pain,reduce the PD,and lower the SBI.
