近代南洋侨民的教育诉求及民国政府的应对——以《南洋研究》为中心的考察

摘　　要：《南洋研究》是民国时期由国立暨南大学主办的一份专门研究南洋的期刊,其中刊载了大量关于南洋华侨教育的调查与研究。通过《南洋研究》,可了解到民国时期南洋华侨教育的发展变迁,关注彼时侨民的教育诉求,以及国民政府与南洋华侨教育之间错综复杂的关系。尽管这些诉求表面看起来不尽相同,但其根本是呼吁国民政府积极参与、管理、推进南洋华侨教育。民国时期南洋华侨教育得到了显著发展,这与国民政府的举措有一定关系。但不可否认,由于国内局势动荡等诸多原因,国民政府在管理南洋华侨教育上也有不少缺憾。Nanyang Studies was a journal dedicated to the study of Nanyang(Southeast Asia),published during the Republican era by the National Jinan University.The journal contained numerous investigations and studies on the education of Overseas Chinese in Nanyang.Through Nanyang Studies,the development and changes in the education of Nanyang Overseas Chinese during the Republican period can be traced.It focused on the educational demands of the Overseas Chinese and the complex relationship between the Nationalist government and Nanyang Overseas Chinese education.Although these demands appeared varied on the surface,they fundamentally called for active participation,management,and promotion of Nanyang Overseas Chinese education by the Nationalist government.The education of Nanyang Overseas Chinese made significant progress during the Republican era,closely linked to the proactive efforts of the Nationalist government.However,it is undeniable that due to various factors,such as domestic instability,the Nationalist government's management of Nanyang Overseas Chinese education had its shortcomings.
