摘　　要：齐齐哈尔市拥有丰厚的历史文化底蕴、庞大的工业文化资源和地域特色优秀文脉,其历史文化资源具有丰富性。如何将齐齐哈尔市地方优秀历史文化资源融入手绘艺术教学运行机制?首先,从历史文化建筑、地方工业遗存和特色文化资源三个方面对齐齐哈尔市历史文化资源现状进行分析。其次,从意义与应用前景、实践探索两个层面论证手绘艺术教学与齐齐哈尔市历史文化资源的关系。最后,将齐齐哈尔市历史文化资源的手绘艺术教学实践从4个角度进行实施,主要表现在手绘艺术教学的创新思维领域扩展性、主题创意表达多样性、创作风格表现变化性、地域特色文化资源的综合性实践创新。总之对齐齐哈尔市地方优秀历史文化资源进行研究,深入挖掘地方历史文化传统,并融入手绘艺术教学运行机制创新研究,使设计主题与齐齐哈尔地域文化特色相结合,并采用不同的手绘艺术进行表现。Qiqihar City has a rich historical and cultural heritage,vast industrial and cultural resources,and excellent regional cultural context.Its historical and cultural resources are abundant.How to integrate the excellent historical and cultural resources of Qiqihar City into the operation mechanism of hand drawn art teaching?Firstly,analyze the current situation of historical and cultural resources in Qiqihar City from three aspects:historical and cultural buildings,local industrial relics,and distinctive cultural resources.Secondly,the relationship between hand drawn art teaching and the historical and cultural resources of Qiqihar City is demonstrated from two aspects:significance,application prospects,and practical exploration.Finally,the hand drawn art teaching practice of historical and cultural resources in Qiqihar City will be implemented from four perspectives,mainly manifested in the expansion of innovative thinking in the field of hand drawn art teaching,the diversity of theme creative expression,the variability of creative style expression,and the comprehensive practical innovation of regional characteristic cultural resources.In short,the study of excellent local historical and cultural resources in Qiqihar City,in-depth exploration of local historical and cultural traditions,and innovative research on the operation mechanism of hand drawn art teaching,will combine the design theme with the regional cultural characteristics of Qiqihar,and adopt unused hand drawn art expressions according to different design themes.
