摘　　要：高等学校实验室安全工作应坚持“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的方针.切实做好高等学校研究生新生实验室安全教育培训工作是全面贯彻落实习近平总书记关于安全生产论述和指示批示精神的重要举措,是党中央的政治要求.本文针对高等学校研究生实验室存在的安全方面问题,借鉴企业对新员工开展的三级安全教育制度,创新性提出了高等学校研究生新生实验室校级、院系级、专业级、导师级、学长级、社会级六级安全教育培训体系的工作思路、绘制了工作程序框图、明确了各级安全教育培训的主要内容、指出了加强安全教育培训效果的保障措施.期望通过六级安全教育培训体系的实施,增强高校研究生实验室安全管理能力和水平,有效提升学生的实验室安全意识和安全技能,保障高校实验室安全稳定运行,保障师生生命健康和国家财产安全.The safety work of laboratories in colleges and universities should adhere to the policy of“first safety,main prevention,and comprehensive management”.Effective work in safety education and training for freshman graduate in laboratories of colleges and universities,is an important measure to comprehensively implement the spirit of safety production discussions and instructions by General Secretary Xi Jinping,as well as the political requirement of the Communist Party of China Central Committee.This article aims to address the safety issues in postgraduate laboratories of colleges and universities.Drawing on the three-level safety education system implemented by enterprises for new employees,it innovatively proposes a six level safety education and training system for postgraduate freshmen:university,department,professional,supervisor,senior,and social level.The work process diagram is drawn,and the main content of safety education and training at all levels is clarified.The measures to ensure the effectiveness of strengthening safety education and training are pointed out.We hope that through the implementation of the six level safety education and training system,the safety management ability and level of graduate laboratories in universities can be enhanced,students’laboratory safety awareness and skills can be improved effectively,the safe and stable operation of university laboratories,and the life and health of teachers and students and the safety of national property can be guranteed.
