支撑刚度对水下航行器电机-推进轴系振动特性的影响规律分析及优化

摘  要:针对水下航行器电机-推进轴系动力学响应的影响及其优化问题,建立了水下航行器电机-推进轴系的动力学模型,模型考虑了推进电机隔振器刚度参数、推进电机内部电磁激励力、滚动轴承非线性特性、推进器动态激励力以及弹性联轴器的影响,分析了隔振器刚度特性对电机-推进轴系动力学响应特性的影响规律,提出了推进电机隔振器刚度参数优化流程,以推进电机振动响应为指标,建立了隔振器刚度优化目标函数,实现了隔振器刚度参数优化设计。结果表明,隔振器刚度参数优化能减少电机不平衡磁拉力引发的低频振动,使推进电机定子及转子振幅降低25.6%~65.7%。A dynamic model of motor propulsion motor-shaft system in an unmanned underwater vehicle(UUV)is proposed to study the effects and optimization method of the dynamic responses of propulsion motor shaft system.The model considers the stiffness parameters of isolators,the internal electromechanical force of the motor rotor,the rolling bearing nonlinearity,the dynamic propeller excitation forces and the effects of flexible coupling.The effects of support stiffness parameters on the dynamic response characteristics of the propulsion mo⁃tor shaft system were studied,the optimization process of propulsion motor isolator support stiffness were pro⁃posed,the optimization objective function of support stiffness was established based on the motor vibration re⁃sponses,and then the optimal stiffness of the motor isolators were obtained.The results show that the isolator stiff⁃ness could reduce the low-frequency vibration caused by the unbalanced magnetic pull of the motor,and the vi⁃bration amplitudes is reduced by 25.6%~65.7%.
