摘 要:以某新能源客车骨架为研究对象,进行刚度与模态有限元分析,开展轻量化研究。以客车骨架管材壁厚为设计变量,基于离散变量构建设计空间,以弯扭刚度、模态频率为约束条件,质量最小化为目标,构建尺寸优化数学模型,应用不同优化方法进行离散变量尺寸优化,并对轻量化设计结果进行评价。Taking the body frame of a new energy bus as the research object,stiffness and modal finite element analysis were carried out,and lightweight research was implemented.With the thickness of the steel tubes as the design variable,the design space was constructed based on the discrete variables,and the modal frequency,bending and torsional stiffness are the constraint conditions,and the mass minimization is the goal.The mathematical model of size optimization was constructed.Different optimization methods were used to perform discrete variable size optimization,and the lightweight design results were evaluated.
