安全事业协同低空经济共赢新质生产力的理论研究

摘　　要：为保障低空经济与安全事业协同发展,采用文献调查、历史分析、逻辑思辨、相似比较和预测分析等方法,对低空经济与安全事业的协同关系开展深入研究。简述低空经济的由来,梳理低空经济新技术在13个安全领域中的应用,阐述低空经济活动及其技术带来的安全问题,提出有效的安全对策。研究结果表明:低空经济与安全事业关系重大,低空经济协同发展安全事业大有可为,安全工作者应尽快投入其中;低空经济新技术对各领域安全事业发展利大于弊,安全发展低空经济同时也发展了安全技术新质生产力;低空经济活动在安全管理方面可借鉴地面和民航的安全管理经验;从完善安全管理体系、夯实安全基础设施、培养安全人才及开办相关新专业方面提出低空经济安全发展的重要对策。In order to insure the synergistic development of low-altitude economy and safety&security(SS)undertakings,by using the methods of literature review,historical analysis,logical reasoning,similarity comparison and predictive analysis,the synergistic relationship between low-altitude economy and SS undertakings is deeply studied.Then this paper briefly describes the origin of low altitude economy,sorts out the application of new low-altitude economy technology in 13 SS fields,expounds the security problems brought by low-altitude economic activities and their technologies,and puts forward effective security countermeasures.The research results indicate that there is a significant correlation between low-altitude economy and SS undertakings,and the low-altitude economy has great potential for synergistic development of the SS undertakings,and the SS professionals should invest in it as soon as possible.The new technology of low-altitude economy has more advantages than disadvantages to the development of SS undertakings in various fields,and the safe development of the low-altitude economy also develops new quality productivity of SS technology.The SS management of low-altitude economic activities can learn from the safety management experiences of ground and civil aviation.The important countermeasures for the safe development of low-altitude economy are put forward from the aspects of perfecting the SS management system,consolidating SS infrastructure,cultivating SS talents and opening related new majors.
