摘  要:中国地方院校工业设计学生高阶专业能力发展不足,学界对其低阶、高阶专业能力增值的培养机制,长期缺乏研究关注.本文聚焦中国地方非“双一流”院校,研究课堂教学、产教融合、课堂参与、跨学科意识和能力以及师生投入对工业设计学生专业能力增值的作用机理.整理问卷调查数据,构建多元线性回归模型,运用系数集束化分析方法,发现学生投入对低阶、高阶专业能力均有最强效应,产教融合对设计专业技能影响较大,高水平课堂参与对团队合作能力影响较大.交互效应回归模型分析发现,显著作用变量仅对部分高阶专业能力有相互促进的强化效应.结构方程建模揭示了工业设计专业能力的强内生性:除了高阶设计专业技能,教师无法直接“教”学生专业能力,学生可通过直接“学”而习得.The development of advanced professional ability of industrial design students in local colleges and universities in China is insufficient,and the academic circle has long neglected the cultivation mechanism of value-added professional ability of low and high order.This paper focuses on local non-"double first-class"universities in China,and studies the mechanism of classroom teaching,integration of production and education,classroom participation,interdisciplinary awareness and ability,and the effect mechanism of teacher-student input on the increment of professional ability of industrial design students.After sorting out the questionnaire data,constructing a multiple linear regression model and applying the coefficient cluster analysis method,it is found that student input has the strongest effect on both low and high order professional ability,the integration of production and teaching has a greater impact on design professional skills,and high-level class participation has a greater impact on team cooperation ability.The analysis of interactive regression model shows that the significant variables only have mutually reinforcing effects on some higher-order professional abilities.Structural equation modeling reveals the strong endogeneity of professional competence in industrial design:in addition to high-level professional skills in design,teachers cannot directly"teach"students professional competence,but students can acquire it through direct"learning".
