摘  要:本工作研究了酚类物质对好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)处理煤化工废水的运行效能及相关作用机制。结果表明低于10.0 mg/L酚类物质对AGS运行效能无明显影响,而超过40 mg/L降低了污染物和生物脱氮效率,且酚类物质浓度越高,污染物和营养盐去除效率抑制越显著。酚类物质能改变AGS污泥特征,高浓度酚类物质降低了AGS内总悬浮固体(TSS)含量,提高了污泥体积指数,导致沉降性变差。此外,酚类物质能影响胞外聚合物(EPS)含量及组分,短期暴露酚类物质提高了EPS含量,但长期暴露酚类物质降低了EPS含量,并主要降低蛋白质和多糖含量。高浓度酚类物质降低了内聚物聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)含量但略微提高了糖原质含量。酚类物质能影响AGS处理煤化工废水内微生物群落结构,降低Proteobacteria、Bacteroidetes、Firmicutes等门水平微生物相对丰度。研究结果为煤化工废水的高效处理提高了一定理论依据。In this study,the operational efficiency and related mechanism of phenols in the treatment of coal chemical wastewater by aerobic granular sludge(AGS)were studied.The results showed that phenols below 10.0 mg/L did not affect the operation efficiency of AGS,while more than 40 mg/L decreased the pollutant and biological nitrogen removal efficiency,and the higher the phenolic concentration,the more significant the inhibition of pollutant and nutrient removal efficiency.Phenols can change the characteristics of AGS sludge.A high concentration of phenols reduces the content of total suspended solids(TSS)in AGS,increases the sludge volume index,and leads to the deterioration of sedimentation.In addition,phenols could affect the content and composition of extracellular polymers(EPS).Short-term exposure to phenols increased the content of EPS,but long-term exposure to phenols decreased the content of EPS,and mainly decreased the content of protein and polysaccharides.High concentrations of phenols decreased the content of polyhydroxy fatty acid ester(PHA)but slightly increased the content of glycogen.Phenols can affect the microbial community structure in AGS treatment of coal chemical wastewater,and reduce the relative abundance of microorganisms at the gate level of Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes and so on.The research results improve the theoretical basis for the efficient treatment of coal chemical wastewater.
