摘 要:镜片自由曲面磨削加工过程中,刀具轨迹规划是重要环节。对镜片磨削加工三轴运动进行分析,结合镜片自由曲面特点,选取等残留高度法和等参数线法进行刀具轨迹规划。对刀具干涉进行检测,并通过蝴蝶片进行轴位校准。采用所研究的刀具轨迹规划方法,提高了镜片自由曲面数控磨削加工的精度,缩短了加工时间,并提高了加工效率。In the grinding process of lens free-form surface,tool track planning is an important part.By analyzing the three-axis motion of lens grinding and combining with the characteristic of lens free-form surface,the methods of equal residual height and isoparametric line were selected for tool track planning.The tool interference was detected,and the axis was calibrated by the butterfly plate.By adopting the tool track planning method,the accuracy of CNC grinding of lens free-form surface had been improved,the processing time had been shortened,and the processing efficiency had been enhanced.
