摘　　要：我国癫痫患者众多而癫痫专科医师数量不足。在新医科背景下,培养符合时代要求和医学发展的癫痫专业人才迫在眉睫。本文从首都医科大学宣武医院癫痫中心对轮转医师的教学实践出发,结合癫痫诊疗规范化培训、癫痫高阶诊疗能力提升等方面,探讨新医科背景下癫痫专科医师的培养模式。In China,there is a significant shortage of epilepsy specialists despite the large number of patients with epilepsy.In the context of the new medical disciplines,it is imperative to cultivate epilepsy specialists who meet the demands of contemporary medical development.In this paper,based on the teaching practice at the Epilepsy Center of Xuanwu Hospital,Capital Medical University,we discuss the training mode for epilepsy specialists in the context of the new medical science from the aspects of education of basic principles in clinical epileptology,as well as the advanced proficiency in the diagnosis and clinical management of epilepsy.
